Because ours is a family-operated Bed & Breakfast experience—not a hotel or a large inn with multiple rooms—our process is to begin with a brief conversation. It gives us an opportunity to share the unique characteristics of our historic home, some of the included luxurious extras,
learn about your plans for visiting Avila Beach (and all the Central Coast has to offer!),
and make sure our accommodations are a good fit for what you're looking for.
Since every stay is a little different, we'll answer your questions, discuss any special requests, how that your stay fits with your overall travel plans,
and make sure the accommodations and pricing are appropriate for your needs.
That's why we don't have a one-size-fits-all rate.
